Shipping

von Yhlen offers free international shipping. In Sweden, our courier is DHL and your order will be sent to your nearest pickup point. International orders are sent by UPS or DHL.

Your order will be ready for dispatch from von Yhlen's warehouse on the same business day as you place your order or on the following business day, at the latest. Shipping within Sweden usually takes between 1-4 business days. International orders may take longer depending on your location.

Once we’ve dispatched your order, an email will be sent to you with a tracking number for our courier, so that you can easily follow your order online.

If a package is not picked up within 14 days, the freight cost back to von Yhlen will be paid by the customer.

Prices include VAT for countries within the EU. Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. von Yhlen ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If any such additional charges occur they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
