Returns

We offer free returns and exchanges within Sweden. If you wish to return your von Yhlen product, please contact info@vonyhlen.com and we will provide instructions on how to send back your package free of charge. 

International returns and exchanges should be sent to the von Yhlen warehouse in Sweden, please contact us at the above email address before making a return and we will provide you with instructions on how to send back your package.

You can return items for a refund within 14 days of receiving your original order. To be eligible for a refund, products must returned in their original condition and packaging, without any signs of usage and with all product tags intact.

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us. Please make sure orders are packaged properly and cannot get damaged during transport. For international returns, always use a door to door service, we cannot guarantee we can pick up parcels at an access point.

Once your return parcel has been received and inspected in our warehouse, we will send you an email with the confirmation. This process can take up to 14 days, but we'll make sure to handle your return as quickly as possible. We thank you for your patience.

When will I receive my refund/exchange?

All items are inspected upon arrival to check if they are in an unused condition. Refunds or exchanges will be authorized after inspection. Refunds will be issued through your original payment method.

For exchanges, we require 2-3 business days to dispatch your new shipment. If your requested item is out of stock we will refund your order and notify you when the item is back in stock.

In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
